Goa witnessed a 6.8% year-on-year rise in railway tourist arrivals during January to May 2026, with 19,87,862 travellers arriving by train compared to 18,60,568 during the same period last year. The Tourism Department said improved connectivity and year-round tourism promotion are driving the growth.
