Comiqly Brings AI to Comics and Animation
Alongside CogniFilm, Comiqly focuses on comics, cartoons and animated storytelling.
The AI-powered platform provides creators with AI-assisted tools to develop and publish comics and animated stories. Its objective is to make comic creation more accessible while enabling creators to produce episodic animated content for audiences globally.
Together, CogniFilm and Comiqly explore how artificial intelligence can lower barriers to content creation and open new possibilities for independent creators.

Goa’s Creative Capital Ambition
The launch of CogniFilm and Comiqly adds another milestone to Goa’s evolving startup and technology landscape.
As artificial intelligence increasingly influences how films, comics, animation and other forms of digital content are created, platforms such as these could provide new opportunities for independent creators and technology entrepreneurs.
The launch further strengthens Goa’s ambition to position itself as a state where innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and creativity can thrive together, reinforcing its emerging identity as both a startup destination and the Creative Capital of India.
