Coimbatore: Telugu superstar Ram Charan visited the Ayyappa Swamy Temple in Coimbatore with his wife, Upasana Konidela, on Tuesday, shortly after undergoing successful wrist surgery at Ganga Hospital.
Photographs from the temple visit have surfaced online, showing the actor dressed in an all-black outfit with his right arm supported in a sling. Upasana was also seen participating in the rituals, including feeding bananas to a cow as the couple offered prayers at the temple.
The visit came soon after Ram Charan was discharged from the hospital, with fans expressing happiness and relief at seeing the actor recovering well.
Successful Surgery
Ram Charan recently underwent surgery for a wrist injury at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore. The procedure was led by Dr. S. Rajasekaran, Chairman of Ganga Hospital.
Given the complexity of the injury, internationally renowned hand and wrist specialist Dr. Alejandro Badia from Miami joined the medical team. The surgery was performed by Dr. Rajasekaran, Dr. Badia, Dr. Praveen Bharadwaj, and their team of specialists.
According to the doctors, the surgery was successful, and the actor is making a steady recovery.
Eight Weeks of Rehabilitation
The medical team has advised Ram Charan to undergo a structured rehabilitation programme and take approximately eight weeks of complete rest before resuming professional commitments.
The actor is expected to return to film shoots only after receiving medical clearance following his rehabilitation.

Images of Ram Charan’s temple visit quickly circulated across social media, with fans sending prayers and best wishes for his speedy recovery.
Many appreciated the actor’s spiritual visit following the successful medical procedure, expressing confidence that he would soon return to the big screen.

Ram Charan was last seen in Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, alongside Janhvi Kapoor.
Following his recovery, he is expected to begin work on director Sukumar’s upcoming untitled project.
