Rumours surrounding a possible relationship and marriage between music composer Anirudh Ravichander and Kavya Maran have resurfaced online, creating a fresh wave of excitement across social media platforms.
Speculation intensified on Thursday after several cinema update accounts and entertainment pages began discussing the possibility of the two tying the knot. While neither Anirudh nor Kavya has officially responded to the latest round of rumours, fans quickly turned the topic into one of the biggest viral discussions online.
The rumours are not entirely new. Similar speculation had circulated in mid-2025 after alleged sightings of the duo together in New York and multiple Reddit discussions claiming they were close. At the time, Anirudh had reacted casually to the gossip on X, writing, “lol .. Chill out guys.”
Despite the composer dismissing the rumours earlier, fans have once again started sharing memes, IPL jokes and “power couple” reactions online.
Known for composing chartbusters for films like Jailer, Leo and Vikram, Anirudh remains one of the biggest music composers in Indian cinema today.
Meanwhile, Kavya Maran, executive director of Sun TV Network and co-owner of Sunrisers Hyderabad, has become a popular public figure among IPL fans due to her active presence during matches and auctions.
Social media users have flooded platforms with reactions ranging from excitement to humorous IPL rivalry memes. Some fans joked about “SRH winning the biggest trophy,” while others imagined collaborations between cricket and cinema becoming even stronger if the rumours turned out to be true.
However, as of now, there has been no official confirmation from either Anirudh Ravichander or Kavya Maran regarding the wedding speculation.
