Rajpal Yadav recently opened up about his heartwarming love story with wife Radha Yadav, sharing how they met in Canada and built a strong relationship rooted in honesty and mutual respect.
During a recent podcast interview, the actor recalled meeting Radha in Calgary, Canada, while he was there for a film shoot. Reflecting on the moment, Rajpal humorously wondered how someone from Uttar Pradesh could find his life partner so far away from home. Over time, their bond grew stronger, and he described Radha as his biggest support system.
Adding humor to the conversation, Rajpal shared a remark often made by his aunt — “Langoor ko hoor mil gayi,” referring to how lucky he feels to have found such a wonderful partner. He admitted that he often feels the same way about his marriage.
The actor also spoke about his father-in-law’s first impression of him, which came from his intense look in Jungle where he was seen holding a gun. However, after meeting him in person, his father-in-law realized he was very different from his on-screen image.
Rajpal praised Radha for always being honest about his career choices. He revealed that she never flatters him and openly shares her thoughts, even questioning some of his film selections when she feels necessary.
The couple married in 2003 after staying in touch for three years, with the approval of both families. Rajpal also admired how seamlessly Radha adapted to his family life and traditions.
On the professional front, Rajpal Yadav was recently seen in Bhooth Bangla alongside Akshay Kumar.
