In a proud and historic moment for Goa, Sadhvi Satish Sail was crowned Femina Miss India World 2026 at the grand finale of the 61st edition of the prestigious pageant, held at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT).
The event, presented by KIIT, marked the first time that the national-level pageant was hosted in Odisha, adding a unique cultural dimension to the celebrations. The competition saw participation from across the country, culminating in a spectacular finale that celebrated beauty, confidence, and intellect.
Joining her on the winners’ podium were Rajnandini Pawar from Maharashtra, who secured the position of 1st Runner-Up, and Sree Advaita G, representing a Union Territory, who was named 2nd Runner-Up.
The event was organised in collaboration with The Times Group and Femina, bringing together participants, organisers, and dignitaries for a celebration of talent and achievement. Over the course of several days leading up to the finale, contestants had the opportunity to experience the culture of Odisha and engage with the KIIT and KISS communities.
Sadhvi Satish Sail’s victory highlights the growing prominence of Goan talent on the national stage, reflecting a blend of grace, determination, and individuality. Her achievement is being celebrated as a moment of pride for Goa, inspiring aspiring young individuals to pursue excellence across diverse fields.
