Goa University celebrated its 42nd Foundation Day in the presence of Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Padma Vibhushan awardee, Chairperson of the Rajiv Gandhi Science and Technology Commission, Chancellor of Homi Bhabha National Institute, and former Chairperson of the Atomic Energy Commission of India.
