Goa became the launchpad for the inaugural THE BRIJ Cultural Leaders Fellowship as 17 emerging cultural leaders from across India gathered for a six-day residential programme. Supported by the French Embassy in India and delivered by Serendipity Arts, the nine-month fellowship aims to nurture the next generation of leaders shaping India's cultural ecosystem.
