Actress and entrepreneur Parul Gulati has admitted that her Goa Airbnb, Malkin House, is earning far less than she had originally expected. Speaking on a recent podcast, she revealed that while she once believed the luxury villa could fetch ₹40,000–₹45,000 per night, increased competition and seasonal demand have brought the current rate down to around ₹11,000.
