A 45-year-old patient with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease underwent a complex open nephrectomy at Manipal Hospital Goa after one kidney enlarged to nearly 30 cm. Despite the challenging anatomy and multiple cysts, the surgery was successfully completed with minimal blood loss.
