Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade recently met Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at the renowned Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru during a special interaction focused on spirituality, peace, and nation-building.
Expressing admiration for the globally respected spiritual leader, Tanavade said he was deeply inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s vision of peace, service to humanity, and efforts towards creating harmony in society.
Speaking about the meeting, Tanavade highlighted how Gurudev’s teachings and initiatives have positively impacted millions of lives across the world through meditation, stress relief, humanitarian activities, and youth empowerment programs.
He further stated that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s thoughts on inner strength, spirituality, social responsibility, and nation-building are highly motivating, particularly for the younger generation.
The interaction at the Art of Living International Center reflected the importance of combining spirituality with public service and social development. Tanavade also appreciated the organisation’s contribution towards promoting peace, wellness, education, and humanitarian outreach globally.
The Art of Living Foundation, founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, continues to remain one of the world’s largest volunteer-based humanitarian organisations, with activities spanning across education, mental wellness, conflict resolution, environmental sustainability, and rural development.
