PBKS successfully chased down a massive target of 265 runs, registering one of the most remarkable run chases in Indian Premier League history. The thrilling performance left fans stunned and the franchise co-owner ecstatic.
Preity took to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate the team’s remarkable achievement. Sharing pictures from the match, she praised the squad for their composure and teamwork.
She wrote:

She also applauded Shreyas Iyer for his stunning catch during the game, calling it one of the best catches she has ever seen.
In another post, she praised players including Prabhsimran Singh, Priyansh Arya, Nehal Wadhera, and Shashank Singh for their match-winning performances.
PBKS now remain unbeaten in the tournament with six wins and one no-result, taking their tally to 13 points.
Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals currently sit in sixth place with three wins and four losses.
The victory also helped PBKS surpass their own previous record of chasing 262 runs against Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2024, making this a truly historic night for the franchise.
