Allu Arjun has added another milestone to his growing list of achievements—this time in real estate. The Pushpa star is reportedly building a lavish ₹80 crore luxury residence in Hyderabad’s upscale Jubilee Hills.
Spread across nearly 4,000 square yards, the grand property is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The upcoming mansion is set to become one of the most talked-about celebrity homes in India, joining iconic residences like Mannat owned by Shah Rukh Khan and Jalsa owned by Amitabh Bachchan.
While rumours suggested that Allu Arjun may permanently move to Mumbai due to his growing Bollywood commitments, reports indicate that the actor remains firmly based in Hyderabad. He has reportedly leased a beach-facing property in Mumbai only for temporary work convenience.
Currently, the actor is shuttling between Mumbai and Hyderabad while filming his highly anticipated sci-fi action film Raaka, directed by Atlee Kumar and co-starring Deepika Padukone.
This isn’t Allu Arjun’s first luxury purchase. He previously grabbed attention for his custom-designed vanity van, Falcon, reportedly worth ₹7 crore. The van features futuristic interiors, premium styling, and state-of-the-art amenities.
During the success celebrations of Pushpa: The Rise, Allu Arjun had emotionally credited director Sukumar for shaping his career, acknowledging his contribution in transforming him into one of India’s biggest stars.
After Raaka, Allu Arjun is also expected to collaborate with Lokesh Kanagaraj for another major project.
