The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, concluded its month-long World Tourism Day 2025 festivities with a powerful film festival at ESG, Panaji. Highlighting inclusive and regenerative tourism, the celebrations brought together communities, creators, students, and stakeholders to showcase Goa's culture, heritage, and evolving tourism landscape.
Goa marked World Tourism Day 2025 with a month-long celebration of regenerative and inclusive tourism, led by the Department of Tourism under the guidance of Hon’ble Minister Dr. Rohan Khaunte. The campaign featured over 30 immersive events involving communities, students, and visitors across Goa — highlighting the state’s commitment to sustainability, culture, and accessibility.
As part of World Tourism Day 2025 celebrations, Goa Tourism in collaboration with TTAG, SKAL International Goa and Yuva Tourism Club hosted an Electric Cycle Tour at Chorao and a “Life of Pao” Bread-Making Experience at Chowgule College, Devorlim, highlighting heritage, ecology, and sustainable tourism.
In celebration of World Tourism Day 2025, Goa Tourism, in partnership with TTAG, SKAL International Goa, and the Yuva Tourism Clubs, is rolling out a month-long series of heritage walks, culinary experiences, nature trails, and inclusive tourism events across the state — positioning Goa as a model of regenerative, youth-led and year-round tourism.
