Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte highlighted Goa’s culinary sector as the “economic backbone” of the state’s regenerative tourism vision, speaking at the inaugural NRAI Indian Restaurant Summit 2025. The three-day event showcases Goa’s emergence as a serious global food destination beyond beaches and nightlife.
