The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is set to begin with a grand open-air inaugural ceremony in Panaji for the first time. The parade, featuring 26 vibrant Carnival and Shigmo floats, will move from the Old Secretariat to the Old GMC Complex, where the red carpet event will host over 2,000 attendees.
