The rally, which commenced on February 2nd from Daman, will culminate at Vizhinjam, Kerala, on February 23rd, covering an impressive distance of approximately 1,860 km.


Twenty passionate cyclists are participating in this initiative, driven by a shared mission to promote maritime safety, security, and national pride. The rally reached Vasco-da-Gama, Goa, on February 10th and was flagged off by Suman Kumar, IDSE, Chief Engineer, Coast Guard, Goa, at 0700 hrs on February 12th. The rally is now proceeding towards Karwar.


During their stay in Goa, the team engaged with local fishermen and the fisheries department, discussing Coast Guard responsibilities, career opportunities, and the crucial role of fishermen in coastal security.
