JCI Vasco has announced the 39th edition of its flagship inter-school cultural festival, RAINBOW 2026, scheduled for August 1 and 2 at Ravindra Bhavan, Baina, Vasco. Schools from across Mormugao Taluka will compete in a variety of cultural and creative events celebrating talent, teamwork and holistic development.
