The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the merger of Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL) through a Scheme of Arrangement, subject to statutory approvals. The all-stock transaction will see OHL shareholders receive 25 IHCL shares for every 117 OHL shares, with completion targeted in the second half of FY2028.
