The Pai Tiatrist Auditorium in Margao remains closed for essential roof repairs and is expected to reopen by May 30. Despite the ongoing delay due to monsoon rains, the venue will host the Shyam Benegal Film Festival as its first event after reopening. Additionally, significant upgrades to the auditoriumโ€™s technical facilities are planned for later this year, in preparation for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2025.
