Vedanta Sesa Goa–Iron Ore Goa (IOG), under the Vedanta Foundation, inaugurated the Vedanta Tailoring Training Centre and the relocated Vedanta Computer Centre at Village Panchayat Maem. The centres offer NSDC-certified courses in tailoring and computer applications, empowering women and youth with essential livelihood and digital skills.

Disability Rights Association of Goa (DRAG) celebrated 22 years of dedicated service to persons with disabilities.
