Panaji, Goa | September 25, 2026: Ricardo Elevators, the home and commercial elevator brand from the House of L.T. Elevator Limited, has expanded its presence in Goa with the opening of a new Experience Centre in Panaji.
The new centre marks Ricardo Elevators’ 33rd Experience Centre and strengthens the company’s growing network across India. It is designed to bring the brand’s range of residential and commercial elevator solutions closer to homeowners, architects, builders and developers in Goa.
Located on the 2nd Floor, Alfran Plaza, Panaji, the Experience Centre provides customers with an opportunity to explore Ricardo’s elevator solutions in person, understand installation requirements and discuss options suited to individual homes and commercial properties.
The centre will also facilitate consultations, site assessments, product discussions and customer support.
Inauguration in Panaji
The inauguration took place on September 25, 2026, in Goa, with Shri Sadanand Shet Tanavade, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Goa, attending as the chief guest.
His presence marked the launch as Ricardo Elevators further strengthens its footprint in the state.
Speaking about the company’s expansion in Goa, a Ricardo Elevators spokesperson said that the state is an important market because of its mix of premium homes, villas, hospitality spaces, commercial developments and residential requirements.
The spokesperson added that the company’s objective is to make the process of choosing an elevator more informed and accessible, while offering solutions designed around individual properties rather than requiring properties to adapt to a particular elevator.
Residential and Commercial Elevator Solutions
Ricardo Elevators offers a range of home elevators under its Ralph Series, developed for independent homes, villas, duplexes, triplexes and residential projects.
The company also offers the Alpha Series, designed for applications including apartments, offices, hotels and other commercial and residential spaces.
With the new Experience Centre, customers in Goa can directly engage with the brand to understand available solutions and assess requirements for their properties.
The Panaji centre is expected to serve as a local point for consultations and product discussions as Ricardo Elevators continues to expand its presence in Goa.
