Actor Gaurav Khanna has sparked concern among fans after sharing a glimpse of the injuries he suffered during a high-intensity stunt on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15.
The actor revealed painful rubber bullet marks and bruises on his back after completing a challenging task on the adventure-based reality show, leaving viewers shocked by the level of difficulty and physical endurance required from contestants.
Sharing a video of his injuries on social media, Gaurav thanked Orhan Awatramani aka Orry for capturing the moment and admitted that the experience was extremely painful.
“I could still feel this pain watching it on TV. Most painful experience ever. All four of us went through this guys… still have these marks,” Gaurav wrote while sharing the clip.
A Dangerous Stunt Tests Contestants’ Limits
The latest episode featured Gaurav Khanna, Vishal Aditya Singh, Shagun Sharma, and Karan Wahi participating in a challenging stunt that pushed their physical and mental strength.
The task was introduced during the ‘Fear Fanda’, where contestants at risk of elimination had to compete for survival.
Host Rohit Shetty explained that contestants had to stand in a line with their backs facing a shooter while rubber bullets were fired at them. They had to continue enduring the impact until two participants decided to quit.
Before attempting the stunt, Gaurav acknowledged the difficulty of the challenge but said facing fear was the essence of Khatron Ke Khiladi.
“These bullets on the back will be very painful. But if you are on KKK, if you don’t play with danger, what kind of a player are you?” he said.
Meanwhile, Karan Wahi highlighted the safety measures provided for the stunt, mentioning that contestants were given spine protectors.
As the challenge progressed, Shagun Sharma and later Gaurav Khanna decided to abort the stunt due to the extreme pain.

After seeing Gaurav’s bruises, fans flooded social media with messages expressing concern for the actor while appreciating his dedication and determination.
Several viewers praised Gaurav for giving his best despite the physical challenges, while others questioned the intensity of such stunts and called for a balance between entertainment and contestant safety.

Shagun Sharma Gets Emotional During Task
The same stunt proved equally challenging for Shagun Sharma, who was seen breaking down while struggling with the pain.
Contestant Jasmin Bhasin supported Shagun and reminded her that choosing to stop did not mean she was weak.
Jasmin said that contestants should not push themselves beyond their limits and risk serious injury just to prove their strength.
The episode highlighted the emotional and physical pressure contestants experience while participating in one of television’s most demanding reality shows.
