The apartment is located in Godrej Skyshore, a luxury residential development by Godrej Properties. According to property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras, the deal was officially registered on March 26, 2026.
The property spans approximately 2,153 square feet and includes an additional balcony area of around 127 square feet, offering a spacious and upscale living environment. As part of the transaction, a stamp duty of ₹5.24 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid.
