Goa, July 2025 โ Fr. Agnel High School, known for shaping well-rounded individuals, celebrated its Leadership Installation Day, focusing on nurturing responsible leaders and citizens of tomorrow.
The event saw the installation of both House Leaders and the School Parliament, symbolizing the values of discipline, responsibility, and patriotism. The guest dignitaries โ Fr. Jerry Vaz, Principal of Fr. Agnel Higher Secondary, Pilar, and PSI Shubham Kargoankar from Agacaim Police Station โ were welcomed with great respect and shared motivational messages with the student body.
Each student house was named after an Indian luminary: Jawaharlal Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and Lokmanya Tilak. These great personalities served as role models, reminding students of the ideals of courage, leadership, and service to the nation.
In his address, Fr. Jerry Vaz emphasized the importance of leadership rooted in values, while PSI Kargoankar urged students to uphold discipline, awareness, and community service in their roles.
The School Parliament leaders pledged to uphold the spirit of democracy and take decisions that would benefit the student community. They were reminded that true leadership lies not just in authority but in service, integrity, and accountability.
The ceremony was attended by the entire school community, including teachers, students, PTA executive members, and a large number of parents, making it a momentous occasion of pride and collective commitment to excellence.
