NDR InvIT Trust has inaugurated a 2.35 lakh sq. ft. warehousing facility at NDR Varama Sir on Verna Airport Road, Goa. The space has been handed over to a leading quick-commerce company (~1.06 lakh sq. ft.) and a third-party logistics (3PL) firm handling FMCD products (~1.24 lakh sq. ft.). With this addition, NDR InvIT now operates ~11 lakh sq. ft. in Goa, reinforcing its position as the stateโs largest industrial and warehousing space provider.
