The Department of Transport, Goa, has issued a strong warning to vehicle owners over non-compliance with High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) requirements. Mandatory under Rule 50 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, failure to affix HSRP will now attract strict penalties and enforcement action across the state.
