The Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities has launched a welfare scheme offering monthly stipends and scholarships to students with disabilities across various education levels. Applications are open online via the CM Scholarship Portal until November 15, 2025.
Celebrating two years of grassroots transformation, the PACT Foundation, led by Dr. Ashwin Fernandes, launched its flagship undergraduate scholarship program — #GoaSuper100 — on its 2nd Foundation Day in Goa. The initiative, backed by Anupam Kher and Sonu Sood, will provide full scholarships to 100 underprivileged Goan students to pursue higher education across India.
The Government of Goa is offering free laptops to meritorious SC/ST Class X students to aid digital learning. Applications are open for the 2024–2025 academic year, with the deadline set for July 31, 2025.
