Dr. Sairaj Phaldessai, a Goa Medical College graduate and son of the late Dr. Satish Phaldessai, has been appointed by The University of Tokyo as a Collaborator in Rural Health. He will present papers on rural healthcare in India, representing Goa on the global stage.
