Ritika Sajdeh, wife of Indian cricket star Rohit Sharma, has made a significant real estate investment with the purchase of a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi locality for ₹26.30 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The apartment is located in Ahuja Towers, Prabhadevi, one of the area’s premium residential developments. The property boasts a carpet area of 2,760.40 square feet and includes three dedicated car parking spaces, reflecting the upscale nature of the purchase.
As per official records, the transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹1.31 crore, along with registration charges of ₹30,000. The deal was officially registered on December 12, 2025.
Prabhadevi continues to remain a preferred residential destination for celebrities and high-net-worth individuals due to its central location, sea-facing properties, and proximity to business districts. The purchase further highlights the growing demand for luxury real estate in Mumbai’s prime neighbourhoods.
