The Directorate of Art and Culture, Goa, in collaboration with West Zone Cultural Centre, Udaipur, has launched a 13-day Miniature Painting Workshop at Sanskruti Bhavan, Panaji. The workshop, inaugurated by Director Shri Sagun Velip, brings expert artists from Rajasthan to teach traditional techniques through live demonstrations and hands-on sessions.
