At the meeting, the Board approved the Consolidated Accounts for the Financial Year 2024-25. EDC Limited reported โน137 crore in revenue and โน60 crore in expenses, resulting in a Profit Before Tax of โน77 crore. This strong financial performance underscores the effective governance and strategic financial management employed under the leadership of Dr. Sawant and the Board.

Model 1:
Workdays: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 8 hours per day

Hours: Reduced hours Monday to Thursday
Friday: Half-day schedule
Both models are designed to encourage rest, family time, and overall wellness while maintaining high productivity and public service standards.
