The Maharashtra Government has officially declared Ganeshotsav as the state festival, with the Mahayuti alliance committing to fund grand celebrations across the state. Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar has also urged Ganpati Mandals to adopt ‘Operation Sindoor’ as a theme this year.
