BTS to Perform in India in 2026? V’s “See You Next Year” Message Sparks ARMY Frenzy

Written by Tanisha Cardozo || Team Allycaral

Speculation around BTS performing in India has reached a new high after BTS member V dropped a tantalising hint during a Weverse live interaction on December 27. Responding to a fan greeting, V said, “Namaste, Indian ARMYs. See you next year,” a brief but powerful message that has sent Indian fans into a frenzy.

The comment comes as BTS prepares for a major comeback in 2026 after a nearly four-year hiatus. The globally acclaimed K-pop group has already confirmed that they are working on a new album, which is expected to release in March 2026, followed by a large-scale world tour. While V did not confirm specific dates or locations, fans have taken his words as a strong indication that India could finally be part of BTS’ tour itinerary.

All seven members of BTS reunited in June 2025 after completing their mandatory military service and have since been focused on individual projects while simultaneously planning the group’s return. With their reunion now complete, the group is reportedly gearing up for what is being described as one of their biggest eras yet.

According to a report by Bloomberg, HYBE is planning BTS’ “biggest tour ever” following the release of their 2026 album. The tour is expected to begin in spring 2026 and may include between 60 and 65 shows across the globe, with North America and Europe likely to be major stops.

Indian fans are eagerly awaiting official confirmation, especially as India has increasingly become a hotspot for major international concerts. Recent successful performances by global artists such as Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, and Enrique Iglesias have reinforced the country’s growing prominence on the global touring circuit.

While nothing has been officially announced yet, V’s message has reignited hope among Indian ARMYs that the long-awaited BTS India concert might finally become a reality in 2026.

Global music superstar Enrique Iglesias has returned to India after 13 years, setting Mumbai abuzz with excitement ahead of his much-awaited two-day concert. The Grammy Award-winning Spanish singer was spotted at Kalina Airport on Tuesday, where he greeted paparazzi and fans, flashing his signature smile and a humble ‘namaste’ before heading out.

Dressed in a casual grey T-shirt, jogger-style trousers, and a matching cap, Enrique exuded effortless charm as he posed for photographs and interacted with the media. His arrival marks a monumental return to the Indian stage, with concerts scheduled on October 29 and 30 at the MMRDA Grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex.

Known worldwide for his timeless hits like Hero, Bailamos, Escape, and Addicted, Enrique expressed his excitement about performing in India once again. “I’ve missed performing in India; the fans there are some of the most loyal and passionate in the world. Since my first show back in 2004, the love has always been unreal. I can’t wait to get back to Mumbai and bring them this new show,” the singer said in an official statement.

The enthusiasm surrounding his comeback concert has been overwhelming, with tickets for the October 30 performance reportedly selling out within hours. Miley Cyrus Announces New Song ‘Dream As One’ for Avatar: Fire and Ash, Inspired by LA Fires

Miley Cyrus has announced a brand-new original song titled Dream As One, created especially for James Cameron’s upcoming sci-fi epic Avatar: Fire and Ash. The song will play over the film’s end credits and will be released as a single on November 14, ahead of the movie’s theatrical release in December.

Cyrus revealed the song through a short social media teaser, sharing that it was inspired by the devastating wildfires that swept across Los Angeles earlier this year. “Honored to support Avatar: Fire and Ash with an original song I’ve written with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt,” she wrote in her announcement. “Having been personally affected by fire and being rebuilt from the ashes, this project holds profound meaning for me. Thank you, Jim, for the opportunity to turn that experience into musical medicine.”

Dream As One marks a collaboration between Cyrus, award-winning producers Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt, and composer Simon Franglen, who is also scoring the film. According to Cyrus, the song’s message of unity, love, and healing deeply connects with the emotional themes of Avatar: Fire and Ash. “To be even a small star in the universe the Avatar family has created is truly a dream come true,” she added.

The release continues Cyrus’s streak of cinematic music moments — following her contribution to The Last Showgirl soundtrack last year with the song Beautiful That Way. Earlier this year, she also released her ninth studio album, Something Beautiful, accompanied by a visual film project.

The upcoming Avatar: Fire and Ash will see the return of Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldaña as Jake and Neytiri, as they face loss and encounter a new Na’vi tribe led by Varang, played by Oona Chaplin. The tribe’s uneasy alliance with antagonist Quaritch, portrayed by Stephen Lang, promises new conflict and emotional depth. James Cameron has confirmed that this third installment will be the longest in the franchise so far.

While Dream As One debuts on November 14, the full Avatar: Fire and Ash soundtrack — composed by Simon Franglen — will release on December 12. The film hits UK cinemas on December 19, continuing the cinematic journey through Pandora’s breathtaking world, now with Miley Cyrus’s voice echoing through its closing moments.

Jessie J Announces New Album Don’t Tease Me with a Good Time Amid Breast Cancer Recovery

Jessie J has officially announced her sixth studio album, Don’t Tease Me with a Good Time, set to release on Friday, November 28. The reveal was made via Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Sept. 17, with the singer, 37, sharing her excitement and teasing a few tracks from the album including “No Secret,” “Believe in Magic,” “And the Award Goes To,” and “Living My Best Life.”

Fans can pre-order the album now on vinyl and CD, with limited signed editions and exclusive merchandise available. “There’s some signed stuff and there’s lots of things happening,” she said in her post, building anticipation for what is clearly a deeply personal project.

This new chapter in Jessie’s music career comes after a difficult period in her personal life. In June, she publicly shared that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer prior to the release of her single “No Secret.” After months of testing, emotional highs and lows, and surgery, she shared updates with fans as she navigated her recovery.

“I’m still in the thick of recovery and my body is still finding its way,” she wrote in a candid post on Instagram in August, adding, “But I LOVE music and I LOVE my life and I want to LIVE in the moment.”

Jessie had to cancel her American Acoustic Tour dates entirely and postpone her planned U.K. and European tour from October 2025 to April 2026, as she prepares for a second surgery before the end of the year. “This falls in the middle of the tour I had booked,” she explained. “I’m so sorry, I feel frustrated and sad, but I need to be better, I need to be healed.”

Despite all this, Jessie made a heartfelt return to the stage on Sept. 6 at BBC Radio 2 In the Park. The performance was not only a symbolic comeback for her but also a personal milestone — it was the first time her 2-year-old son Sky Safir saw her perform live. Jessie shares Sky with her partner, basketball player Chanan Safir Colman.

“The last show I did, I had no idea what was gonna happen, and I’m still very much in the recovery process,” Jessie told the crowd. “But I’m definitely not ready for Babins… I mean, I am, but my doctors are like ‘calm down, girl’.”

She ended her speech by expressing deep gratitude to her fans, saying, “You have no idea how grateful I am to see so many of you singing along after all these years. It truly feels like I’m a little kid. Still doing what I love.”

Don’t Tease Me with a Good Time is more than just another album — it marks Jessie’s resilience, passion, and commitment to her music and her life, even in the face of enormous challenges.

Fans can expect both vulnerability and power in this next body of work.

Pre-orders are available now.
