HDFC Bank MD & CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan has approached the Supreme Court seeking relief from an FIR filed by Lilavati Hospital trustees. His counsel called the complaint a “pressure tactic” over pending dues, and claimed it lacks any legal merit.
