New Delhi, February 2026: Air India has unveiled its stunning new Maharaja Lounge at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, marking a milestone in the airline’s transformation since Tata Group took over in 2022.

Spanning 16,000 square feet, the lounge seamlessly blends traditional Indian heritage motifs with modern luxury. Eligible Business and First Class passengers, along with Star Alliance members, will gain access starting February 16.

IHCL’s Ginger Collaborates with Asian Paints Royale Play to Redefine Design-Led Hospitality

In a milestone collaboration for India’s hospitality and design landscape, Ginger, the lean luxe brand by The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has partnered with Asian Paints, the nation’s leader in décor and design innovation, to unveil a one-of-a-kind design transformation at Ginger Goa, Candolim.

Together, the brands have reimagined an entire floor of the hotel, featuring eight uniquely designed rooms under the theme A Royale Touch. Each space is a visual and tactile experience brought to life with Asian Paints Royale Play textures from the Italian collection, renowned for their artistry and craftsmanship.

From calming dune formations in the Canvas Dune and Corolla Curve suites to the refined finish of Marmorino Multitone along the corridors, every surface has been curated to evoke emotion and enhance the guest journey. Finishes like Calcecruda Mirror Stucco Paladeo Tile and Royale Glitz Reserve luxury emulsion add depth, sheen, and resilience — making each room both functional and visually stunning.

The collaboration reflects Ginger’s evolving design philosophy, which harmonizes comfort and creativity. By blending Asian Paints’ expertise in colour and texture with Ginger’s approach to lean luxury, the project introduces a new era of experiential hospitality that appeals to modern travellers seeking design with meaning.

Each of the eight rooms tells its own design story, inspired by natural elements and artisanal techniques. Walls become canvases, textures evoke emotion, and every detail invites guests to slow down and experience art in its most intimate form.

Guests can now book these specially designed rooms directly through the Ginger website.

Jet Set Barbie: Paris Hilton’s Pink G450 Is Next-Level Luxe

🎉 A Birthday Gift Like No Other

Forget diamonds—Paris Hilton received a Gulfstream G450 as a birthday gift from husband Carter Reum. But this wasn’t just any jet. Dubbed Sliv Air, the name is a nod to Hilton’s trademark phrase “sliving” — slaying and living your best life.

Reum sourced the aircraft in 2024, opting for a pre-owned G450 to fast-track delivery. He then handed it over to Sarah Mespelt Larrañaga, an acclaimed aviation interior designer, who transformed the plane over 12 months into a custom luxury experience in the sky.

🧵 A Jet Sewn with Personality and Precision

From top to bottom, Sliv Air is an aviation design dream. Larrañaga began by stripping the G450 down to its framework. Aside from the metal seat frames and floorboards, nearly everything was built new.

Highlights of the interior include:

  • Pink hummingbird-printed headliner
  • Sparkle-threaded gray carpets (practical and pretty)
  • Six executive seats with custom “Paris” and “Sliv Air” embossed logos
  • Quilted leather from Aeristo with pink piping
  • Custom heart-shaped champagne flutes
  • Bespoke china and crystal
  • White gloss galley with a fridge to chill Hilton’s eye masks

🚀 High Performance, High Style

With a cruising speed of 575 mph and a 4,350-nautical-mile range, the G450 flies nonstop from LA to NYC or Miami to London. But it’s what’s behind the bulkheads that sets it apart.

  • Advanced Honeywell avionics
  • State-of-the-art Starlink satellite WiFi
  • A full CMS (Cabin Management System) that controls lighting, sound, and video via touchscreen
  • A full 4K cinema experience in the sky

💬 Hilton’s Reaction

When Hilton finally saw the jet, she was moved to tears.

“Sarah just got the vision and elevated it to a whole new level of Sliving,” Hilton said.

The exterior, too, makes a statement. Painted in Paris Pink, metallic white, and metallic pink, the plane features winglets with her signature phrases like “That’s hot” and “Loves it.” Even the undercarriage spells out “Sliv Air” — visible from the ground during flight.

✈️ A Jet Unlike Any Other

While most celebrities choose to fly under the radar, Hilton’s Sliv Air is impossible to miss — and that’s the point. With glamour, functionality, and unmatched flair, it’s a powerful statement in the sky.
