The Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) Consumer Protection Committee held its 2nd Awareness Programme for B.Com students of DMC College, Mapusa, at Shree Shantadurga Devasthan Hall, Dhargal, on 7th November 2025. The session featured Mr. Ketan Kashinath Phaldesai, Assistant Director of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, who delivered an insightful talk on consumer rights, grievance redressal mechanisms, and the evolution of consumer protection in India.
