Retired Air Marshal Sandesh Wagle PVSM AVSM VM will join the Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebrations organised by the Ex NCC Cadets Association on July 26 at Azad Maidan, Panaji. The event will honour the bravery and sacrifice of India's war heroes with wreath laying and ceremonial tributes by cadets and veterans.
