Governor of Goa, Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, released a commemorative postage stamp and first day cover at the concluding ceremony of Laxmidas Borkar Janmashatabdi Samaroh in Margao. The event, organised by Laxmidas Borkar Janmashatabdi Samaroh Samiti in collaboration with India Post and Ravindra Bhavan Margao, celebrated the legacy of the noted freedom fighter and social reformer.
