On the proud occasion of Independence Day, Hon’ble MLA Dr. Ganesh Gaonkar (Chairman, GTDC) honoured distinguished individuals — including a social worker, a doctor, an engineer, and meritorious students — for their outstanding service, commitment, and contribution to society and nation-building.
As part of the #HarGharTiranga2025 campaign, Goa’s Minister for Archives, Shri Subhash Phal Dessai, inaugurated a Special Exhibition on the History of the Tiranga. The event, organized by the Department of Archives in collaboration with the Directorate of Art and Culture, is being held at Art Gallery, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji, and will be open to the public till August 15, 2025.
