Goa’s Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications has introduced the Campus Innovation Scheme under the Goa Startup Policy 2025, offering reimbursement support of up to ₹50,000 for student-led innovation and research projects across educational institutions in the state.
The Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications (DITE&C), Government of Goa, conducted the 10th Expert Committee Meeting for the Startup Seed Fund Grant Scheme, evaluating new proposals from early-stage ventures across diverse innovation-driven sectors. The session highlighted Goa’s growing startup ecosystem and the rising number of founders developing and testing solutions within the state.
The Goa Government has unveiled its ambitious Startup Policy 2025, aiming to transform the state into India’s Creative Capital. With a target of creating 1,000 startups and 10,000 jobs by 2028, the policy focuses on venture funding, skill development, student innovation, and women entrepreneurship.
