Government Higher Secondary School, Pernem, recently hosted a hands-on film making workshop titled ‘Script to Screen’, conducted by the Goa Academy in association with the Department of Information and Publicity, Government of Goa. Guided by industry professionals, the workshop empowered students with storytelling, scripting, shooting and editing skills. The winning team featured Saish Kudtarkar, Ishwari Gotankar, Manas Tulshikar, and Yogesh Jadhav.
On August 15, 2025, young archers from Sunshine Worldwide School, Old Goa, showcased their skill and discipline at the Archery Competition hosted by Zito Archery Club at Fr. Agnel Central School, Pilar. Under coach Leonor Godinho’s guidance, standout performer Abigail Vanderpett impressed with her technique and composure, earning well-deserved recognition.
