Curated by renowned Festakar Marius Fernandes, this grassroots festival brings people together through music, food, dance, and dialogue — all in the spirit of ekvott (togetherness).
The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, will host Chikhal Kalo 2025 from July 5–7 at the Shree Devki Krishna Temple in Marcel. Celebrating Lord Krishna’s playful spirit through traditional mud games, music, and devotion, the festival blends faith, folklore, and fun—offering an immersive cultural experience for locals and tourists alike.
