Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has announced the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into school and higher education curriculums across the state. A dedicated AI Council will lead efforts to introduce future-ready learning, foster innovation, and support AI-based startups.
CARES Goa has launched its Elective Curriculum for 2025–2026, introducing hands-on modules in robotics, coding, and community innovation for Classes 6 to 8 across 206 lead schools. Backed by NEP 2020 and powered by in-house tools like GOVIN IDE and robotics kits, the curriculum aims to equip over 17,000 Goan students with future-ready, practical skills that blend technology with creativity and real-world problem solving.
