Panaji, February 2026:
Goan team Boom Boom Goa 13 has secured qualification for the Red Bull Four 2 Score 2026 National Finals after emerging champions of the North Goa qualifying round, reaffirming their standing among India’s leading grassroots football teams.

Former India champions, Boom Boom Goa 13 will now join nine other qualifying teams from across the country to compete for the national title. The winners will earn the opportunity to represent India at the global finals in Toronto, Canada, scheduled for August 29, 2026.

The qualification marks another milestone for the Goan side, which has previously represented India on the world stage and continues to demonstrate dominance in the fast-paced small-sided football format. From South Goa, Delta Strikers emerged as the regional champions during the qualifying rounds.

The national qualifiers were conducted across multiple cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Pune, Coimbatore, and Bhubaneswar, bringing together grassroots teams from across India.

Other teams that qualified for the national finals include:

Hope United (Mumbai)
Emrais FC (Bengaluru)
Goal Hunterz FC (Jaipur)
MRFC (A) (Coimbatore)
Royal FC (Kolkata)
SFC (Pune)
Kalina Rangers (Kochi)
Young Boys (Bhubaneswar)
Each team secured top honours in their respective city qualifiers to book their place in the final round.
Red Bull Four 2 Score is designed to promote community-driven football by offering a competitive platform outside the professional structure. Played in a high-intensity four-versus-four format without goalkeepers, matches last 10 minutes, with goals scored in the opening and closing 60 seconds counting double.

At the national finals, the ten city champions will be divided into two groups, with the top teams advancing to the knockout rounds and ultimately the final. Tied matches will be decided through a sudden-death golden goal round, where one player from each side competes until a decisive goal is scored.

The winning team will be crowned Red Bull Four 2 Score India champions and will go on to represent the country at the global finals in Toronto, set to take place after the FIFA World Cup 2026.
