Art and Culture Minister Shri Ramesh Tawadkar released “Perni Zagor”, a book authored by Dr. Pandurang Phaldesai, at a function organized by the Department of Art and Culture in Panaji. The Minister also felicitated Dr. Phaldesai for his contribution to Goan art and culture.
Renowned singer Smt. Hema Sardessai inaugurated “Monsoon Expression”, a vibrant program celebrating music, theatre, dance, folk art, literature, and visual arts, along with a painting exhibition. The event is organized by the Directorate of Art and Culture, Goa, at Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji. Senior officials including Director Shri Sagun Velip and Dy. Director Shri Milind Mate graced the occasion.
