Tibetan software engineer Lobsang Gyatso Sither revealed how the Tibetan exile community countered Chinese cyber espionage using Buddhist teachings like non-attachment, technical collaboration with Citizen Lab, and grassroots digital awareness campaigns. Speaking at MOG Sundays, Museum of Goa, Sither traced the evolution of Tibet’s cyber defences from GhostNet revelations to founding TibCERT.
