In a landmark move towards gender equality in sport, the BCCI has implemented a pay-equity policy ensuring that both men’s and women’s Indian international cricketers will receive the same match fees — ₹15 lakh for a Test, ₹6 lakh for an ODI, and ₹3 lakh for a T20I.
