Panjim, Goa – The vibrant city of Panjim is set to host the much-anticipated Goa Auto Show 2025 from September 26 to 28 at the iconic Kala Academy, Darya Sangam. This dynamic three-day showcase of mobility, technology, and lifestyle is poised to become India’s newest premium auto experience.

Bringing together over 20 top automotive brands, the event promises a dazzling lineup of new vehicle launches, electric mobility solutions, biking culture exhibitions, performance machines, and lifestyle experiences—all against the picturesque backdrop of Goa’s capital.

Curated by international automotive exhibition expert Satish Menon and organised by India Intercon with marketing by Indus Media, the event is supported by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, underlining India’s commitment to future-ready transportation.

With more than 10,000 visitors expected over three days, the Goa Auto Show will attract auto enthusiasts, prospective buyers, investors, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals from Goa, Maharashtra, and Karnataka. Honda Motor Company is gearing up for a dynamic showcase at the upcoming Japan Mobility Show 2025, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from October 20 to November 9, 2025. The brand’s pavilion promises a comprehensive display of cutting-edge innovations across cars, motorcycles, aircraft, and marine engines, reinforcing Honda’s commitment to multi-domain mobility solutions.

At the heart of the exhibit is the Honda 0 SUV Prototype, a bold all-electric concept that represents the brand’s evolving design language. Featuring a sleek black front panel, pixel-style headlights, and a glowing Honda badge, the SUV embraces a futuristic aesthetic. Its functional bumper houses an air vent for battery cooling, while its sloped windshield, contrasting black roof, and muscular D-pillars lend it a strong two-tone profile. U-shaped taillights complete the distinctive rear design.

Accompanying the SUV is the Honda 0 Saloon Prototype, another electric concept inspired by Honda’s CES 2024 debut. This cab-forward design boasts a low-slung, aerodynamic stance with large headlights protected by a retractable cover. Like its SUV counterpart, the Saloon also features blocky D-pillars and similar taillight detailing, showcasing Honda’s consistent visual language across its new EV lineup.

Expanding into urban mobility, Honda will unveil the CUV e, a compact electric scooter built for practicality and performance. With a 6kW motor and two removable battery packs, it reaches speeds of up to 83 km/h and offers a claimed range of 70 km, making it ideal for city commuting.

For motorcycle enthusiasts, Honda is presenting the Rebel 1100 S Edition DCT, a full-size cruiser with the brand’s Dual Clutch Transmission system. This advanced technology, which debuted in Honda’s NC700 and CTX700 models, continues to be a hallmark of smooth performance and rider-friendly control. This milestone reflects the company’s sustained momentum across two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and exports.

📊 June 2025 Sales Snapshot: 20% YoY Growth

For the month of June 2025, the company sold 402,001 units, a solid 20% increase over 333,646 units in June 2024.

🚦 Two-Wheelers:

  • Total sales: 385,698 units (⬆️ 20% YoY)
  • Domestic: 281,012 units (⬆️ 10% YoY)
  • Motorcycles: 188,774 units (⬆️ 24%)
  • Scooters: 162,291 units (⬆️ 26%)

🔋 Electric Vehicles (EVs): Supply Challenges, Steady Retail

EV sales stood at 14,400 units in June 2025 compared to 15,859 units in June 2024. Despite strong retail demand for the TVS iQube, the company acknowledged ongoing supply chain disruptions, particularly around magnet availability, as a short-to-medium-term challenge.
