An evocative Goan experimental documentary Meraki by the Sea, directed by Himanshu Singh and produced by Dr. Gwendolyn de Ornelas, celebrates the life and vision of Festacar Marius Fernandes — Goa’s beloved “Festival Man.” The 37-minute film, shot across the coastal state, has been officially selected under the Goan Section at IFFI 2025, honoring Goa’s vibrant spirit of community, culture, and creativity.
